Very unhappy with these trimmers. I shear and trim hooves for a living and bought these on a recommendation from a friend. Only used a handful of times and the spring fell out and was lost. Customer support did nothing and just recommended buying a replacement spring from them. Many better options out there.
Customer is correct in that we suggesting buying a new spring due to the spring being lost. Lost springs are not covered under warranty as it is not a manufacturer defect. Customer purchased the Silverline Trimmers 10 months prior to contacting us stating the spring came out and was lost.
Needed a new set for goats. These were light weight and cut so smooth.
This is well worth the money and waiting for in the mail. Super easy to cut with a quick smooth cutting action and sharpness that cuts through goats hooves like butter. I was shocked how much better they worked compared to my other expensive hoof cutter brand. I will buy these from now on. Blue Cactus Dairy Goats gave great reviews, and I am so grateful they took the time to mention it. Because that gave me the knowledge of you guys. Thanks!

Just received my new hoof trimmers, for our mini goats and harlequin mini meat sheep. What a game changer, these are fantastic! It did take ages and ages to arrive (in Australia) but so worth the wait. Would totally recommend!
