Returns
Return Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery of the item. All products require a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise determined by Capralite LLC.
NOTE: As policy, all products that are designed to come into contact with Milk are not eligible for return due to possible BioHazards. (Example: Milk hose, inflations, filter, Pails & Lids or any product that comes into contact with milk). In the case of Manufacture defect the item may be required to be returned in order to process a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, as packaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@capralite.com If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items shipped to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be approved for Refund.

Cancellations
All sales are considered final upon completion of the order, regardless of shipping status. If you choose to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase cost will be applied. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If damaged due to shipping, immediately take pictures of the outside of the damaged box and all inside contents and send them to sales@capralite.com. DO NOT dispose of any packaging material.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DEPOT SHIPPING and THIRD PARTY SELLERS - Any item deemed to have been shipped to and/or through a shipping depot or third party seller (such as Kin nek) to locations outside of the Continental United States without previous knowledge of Capralite LLC WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND AND WILL NOT CARRY ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER. Capralite has NO approved partners or resellers and any product purchased that does not have an authentic proof of purchase directly from Capralite will not be honored for refund, replacement and/or warranty.
Capralite International Shipping Policy
Capralite regrets that we are unable to offer international shipping for our milking machines outside the contiguous United States (CONUS) due to several logistical and economic constraints. High shipping costs significantly increase expenses, making it cost-prohibitive for our customers and Capralite. The complexity and weight of milking machines also elevate the risk of damage during international transit, potentially compromising product integrity. Additionally, unpredictable fees, such as tariffs, customs duties, and extra shipping costs, which vary by country and are beyond our control, may arise upon delivery for both customers and Capralite. Providing after-sale service internationally is challenging due to high shipping costs for replacement parts or repairs and logistical difficulties in coordinating service. Our pricing structure is designed to include warranty and support within CONUS only, and it does not account for the additional expenses associated with international service. For customers who own Capralite machines purchased second-hand or shipped to a U.S. location and then transported internationally, please note that these machines will not and do not carry any warranty whatsoever, and transporting new Capralite machines internationally invalidates the warranty immediately. These factors prevent us from offering international shipping while maintaining the quality, affordability, and reliability our customers expect. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact us for further clarification or to explore our products available within CONUS.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for full or partial refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Any item/s purchased with Shop Pay Installment plans will not and can not be refunded due to the contract signed with the finance company.
