Capralite Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Capralite, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for all orders placed through our website. Below, we outline our comprehensive shipping policies, including free shipping details, handling of lost or damaged packages, returns, refunds, and address accuracy requirements. Please review these policies to understand your responsibilities and our procedures.

  1. Shipping Details: We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item and destination. For Showman and Herdsman machines, a tracking number will be provided with each order and sent via email once the order ships.

  2. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage both before and after opening the box. Report any damage or perceived damage to Capralite as soon as possible by contacting us at shop@capralite.com. Do not discard any packaging, as it may be required for a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damage to goods that can reasonably be shown to have occurred prior to delivery must be reported within fifteen (15) days of arrival at the final destination. Any shipping damage discovered after this 15-day period will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Capralite.

  1. Lost or Misdelivered Packages: Capralite is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system but reported as lost, misdelivered, or held. If you cannot locate your package, please check all possible delivery locations, such as your porch, mailbox, vehicle, outbuildings (e.g., barns), or with neighbors.

Use the tracking number sent via email to contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you still cannot locate your package, email us at shop@capralite.com, and we will provide the tracking number and carrier details to help you resolve the issue with the carrier.

  1. Non-Delivered or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to non-delivery or an unclaimed package hold, you may request a refund or re-shipment. Refunds will be processed minus any applicable shipping fees and additional charges assessed by the carrier. For re-shipment, you will be responsible for covering the applicable shipping fees and any carrier-assessed return charges.

  2. Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete street address (No PO Boxes) at the time of order placement. If an incorrect address is provided and the product is shipped, you will be responsible for the product cost and all associated shipping fees, regardless of whether the package is delivered to the incorrect address. To receive the product, you must place a new order at the regular price.
